CLEVELAND – A suspected con man has been indicted on 14 charges for cheating Cavs fans and others with counterfeit tickets.
The FOX 8 I TEAM first told you about the investigation into Jesse Joe Cundall.
Now, a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury has indicted him on charges of theft, forgery, trademark counterfeiting, telecommunications fraud, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Police reports show Cavs fans saw good deals on tickets advertised on Craigslist. Then they got to the gate and found the tickets were no good.
One report shows a man also got ripped off going to a Bruce Springsteen concert.
The Cleveland Police Financial Crimes Unit is still investigating.
Cundall gets a chance to start defending himself in court later this month.
